Build uncertainty tolerance with small steps

Most people don’t like uncertainty. However, it is something we do need to tolerate on a day-to-day basis. The problem with most anxiety, is it’s maintained through avoidance. We feel anxious, we don’t do the thing, and we feel momentary relief as a result.
