On January 2nd, the Virginia State Police welcomed members of VSP’s Expedited Basic Session Academy class. This class will join the 140th Basic Session. These trainees are already DCJS-certified law enforcement officers from other Virginia local and state public safety agencies. The trainees went through a number of drills and other physical activities designed to get them ready for life as a Virginia State Police Trooper.
