And back in 2012, the Warriors selected Draymond Green with the No. 36 pick. Jordan Bell and Patrick McCaw are also recent second-rounders who earned roles on the team.

The veteran guard averaged 16.4 point son 44.2% shooting from the field and 38.4% from beyond the arc with the Celtics during the 2024-25 season.

Brandin Podziemski came alive in the final game, shooting 4-for-6 from deep, but was a combined 3-for-17 in the four games prior. According to The Athletic's Anthony Slater, the Warriors are likely looking to add better shooting options and could target De'Anthony Melton for a possible return.

Prior to suffering a season-ending ACL injury, the veteran guard averaged 10.3 points with 3.3 boards and 2.8 assists in six games with the Warriors.
