The quarterback competition for the Cleveland Browns will soon come to an end. Coach Kevin Stefanski said Sunday the team will name a starter this week, and according to Cleveland.com, the decision could come as soon as Monday. The team's next practice is on Tuesday.

Cleveland named Joe Flacco the starting quarterback Monday. “Joe Cool leading the way,” the Browns official account wrote on X, adding a saluting face emoji. It took any remaining drama out of the unique quarterback competition that included Kenny Pickett and two rookies in Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.
