Jinna Han, a 13-year-old figure skater from Mansfield, was among the victims of a plane crash near Ronald Reagan National Airport outside of Washington, D.C. Wednesday night. She was traveling with her mother, Jin, and other members from the Skating Club of Boston.

Two teenage figure skaters hailed by an official as the "future of the sport" are thought to have perished in the crash of American Airlines Flight 5342 in Washington, D.C., their club stated Thursday.

Jinna Han and Spencer Lane, two skaters training at the Norwood club, and their mothers were killed. Two coaches at the facility were also among the victims.
