Police charged Ray Hacker, 31, of York, in connection with the May crash near the Fishing Creek exit that killed a motorcyclist on his 21st birthday.

A driver in a fatal motorcycle crash in York County in May was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle for causing the collision, according to State Police. According to a news release, Ray Hacker,

The back of Hacker’s passenger side collided with the motorcycle, sending the driver, Issaiha Seiders, and his passenger across the highway and onto an exit ramp. Seiders’ helmet came off when he hit a guardrail, causing fatal injuries. He died on his 21st birthday. His passenger suffered serious injuries, including broken bones and road rash.
